The second edition of the Libyan-European Forum for Oil, Gas, and Energy was launched in the Maltese capital, Valletta, on Thursday, May 15, 2025. The event is held under the sponsorship of the National Oil Corporation, supervised by the General Union of Libyan Chambers, and organized by the Libyan-French Chamber of Commerce. It features the participation of representatives from leading international companies specialized in the sector.
Over the course of two days, the forum will address a wide range of key topics related to various activities in Libya’s oil, gas, and energy sector. These include exploration, production, drilling, maintenance, manufacturing, refining, quality improvement, and risk management planning, in addition to investment projects.
The forum presents an opportunity to enhance prospects for cooperation with major international companies and to open new avenues for investment aimed at increasing production rates and improving services. It also serves as a platform for attracting global investments that benefit the Libyan economy.
